Features

Select 4 Pro provides color corrections without masking as a Plug-in for Photoshop and Corel PHOTO-PAINT using professional color-correction tools such as multi selective color correction and swap color correction. The Plug-in also enables the user to test and output up to nine sets of color corrections side by side.

Change the orange in the reds (and only the reds) by value with a very fast and accurate display. Select 4 Pro will provide a natural and smooth transition of colors and retain all gradations. Unlike Photoshop transitions, retain the entire spectrum of light shades and get a very natural result.

Simulate new inks (PANTONE or otherwise) within any channel. When printing CMYK and designing in spot colors, simulate a new ink. All combinations are possible. Save presets and apply them over and over across several jobs.

Work with duotones, tritones, or any extra channels (up to 24) and displays with real printing colors. Instantly view individual separations, preview a before and after, and much more. Select 4 Pro also features a paper option so users can see what the printing will look like on a nonwhite media.

The selective color correction is an essential tool. With Select 4 Pro, easily and accurately apply sophisticated color retouching to RGB or CMYK images within Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand, or Corel PHOTO-PAINT.

Select 4 Pro works precisely and very smoothly. View exact results with a proprietary WYSIWYG mechanism. Use exclusive color-correction features such as the unique selective multicolor correction, advanced plate manipulation, and fully adjustable curves as found on high-end color systems and drum scanners.

Easily re-color images in RGB or CMYK, and mask — even the most difficult image — at the same time. Automatic color correction that is perfectly smooth on the edges. Use up to six channels for multicolor masks.

Select 4 Pro is visual but precise. Pick a color, select a target color, and adjust the range. Provides exceptional color-display accuracy. Easily perform true selective-color changes on up to six specific colors. Select and adjust specific colors without affecting other color densities and eliminate time-consuming masking. Independent-range adjustment per channel, providing for no color break in images.
