Features

TableStyles and CellStyles Pro offer powerful enterprise features with versatility and sophisticated control so working with spreadsheet and XML files has never been easier.

TableStyles and CellStyles Pro retain all the styling features of the standard version, with new dynamic features for an effortless experience.

Features:

• improved linking to Excel spreadsheets;

• easily export tables to XML;

• automatically style imported XML tables

• style text in cells; and

• seamless interface.

Formatted tables stay formatted when updating a linked Excel spreadsheet. The need to repeatedly format a table every time the spreadsheet is updated is eliminated. The user can automatically tag styled tables and cells for XML export with the Map Table/CellStyles to Tags feature. Associate a paragraph style with a cell style. When the cell style is applied, the paragraph style will be as well. TableStyles and CellStyles were designed to fit seamlessly into normal workflow and user interface. Anyone who has used character and paragraph styles will feel right at home.

For InDesign CS2 users only, consistent styling makes exporting a full InDesign document to XML, including tables, a snap. Quickly import XML files into an InDesign table with the Map Tags to Table/CellStyles feature. Tagged tables in InDesign are automatically styled, speeding up the XML-to-InDesign workflow.
